Well being can be best understood as a balanced interplay of our spiritual, emotional, intellectual and physical capacities. It is when we are able to bring all of who we are to the life we choose to lead.

Many of the retreats that we offer fall into this area of health and Well being. Everything from our wonderful Yoga retreats and trainings with Karuna Erikson and Aly Bogard, to the innovative work on the brain brought to us by Bruno Chikly, and the life changing courses on Addiction and emotion facilitated by Gabor Mate.
