SARA FUJIBAYASHI, R.Ac
Sara has been practicing acupuncture and massage since 2001. She completed a diploma in TCM at Nelson’s Academy of Classical Oriental sciences in 2000. Since graduating, she has enjoyed a private practice and has also worked at a number of internationally known wellness retreats and backcountry ski destinations. Her intention is always to be present with each client, to listen and assess with her experience and knowledge, and ultimately come together with a beneficial treatment plan. Sara offers various forms of massage, these include deep tissue, swedish style, acupressure, acupuncture, reiki, tui na (TCM massage). Sara’s treatments are deeply relaxing, stress relieving and will provide you with relief from pain and discomfort. She looks forward to meeting you and is thankful for every opportunity to assist in your personal wellness path.
MICHELLE R. JOHNSON
Michelle has been practicing massage, yoga & qigong since 2005. Her work has taken her to the mountains at heli-ski lodges and to remote fly-in lodges on the BC Coast. Her massage modalities include: Deep Tissue & Sports Massage, Acupressure and Relaxation Massage, Oriental Bodywork Therapy which includes Jin Shin Do and Medical Qigong. When not working she is most likely enjoying the outdoors with her son, Julien. She is accredited through CHHP, RYT, and MQP.

Yogita fascilitates couples and women’s workshops at Mountain Waters . She is a registered therapeutic counselor who specializes in somatic forms of trauma resolution. She has completed a four-year course of studies in Hakomi Body Centered Psychotherapy with Hakomi founder Ron Kurtz and master teacher Jon Eisman, and has also completed a 2 year certification in Relational Somatic Therapy. Yogita has worked in the health and wellness and personal growth fields since 1995 and she brings depth, wisdom and compassion to all her client work.
Richard brings presence, insight and safety to his work with clients. He has completed a four-year course of studies in Hakomi Body Centered Psychotherapy with Hakomi founder Ron Kurtz and master teacher Jon Eisman. He took the mindfulness based stress reduction training with Jon Kabat Zin in 2008. Richard has also worked as an aquatic therapist and life coach. He is the director and founder of Mountain Waters Retreats. He has worked with addictions and has completed a two-year certification in Relational Somatic Therapy, a body-based form of trauma resolution work. Richard is presently registered as a therapeutic counselor with the Association of Counseling Therapists of Canada
